Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, storefronts, and services operated by Jishu Traders LLC for JTL Naturals and JTL Mobile. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our sites, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our sites or place orders.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) and will notify you if payment was already collected.
Prices, descriptions, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Your cart may only contain products from one division (Naturals or Mobile) at a time. Separate checkout is required for each division.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout through our authorized payment partners. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable law.
Shipping and risk of loss
We ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
Site content, logos, product photography, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Products and site content are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or products.
