How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same business day when inventory allows. Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–6 business days; expedited options appear at checkout when available.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Opened personal care items may qualify for replacement if defective—contact concierge with your order number.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We do not test finished products on animals and work with suppliers aligned to that standard. Full ingredient lists appear on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added later; join the newsletter or contact care for updates.
How should I store oils and serums?
Keep bottles tightly closed, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Natural actives stay freshest when stored in a cool, dry place.
Where can I view my order status?
Sign in and open My Account → Orders for tracking and history. You will also receive email updates when your order ships.
