This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how Jishu Traders LLC handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through JTL Naturals and JTL Mobile.
Return eligibility
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, unless noted otherwise on the product page.
Opened personal care items (JTL Naturals) may qualify for replacement if defective—contact concierge with your order number and photos.
Replacement parts and tools (JTL Mobile) may be returned if unused and in resalable condition. Items showing installation wear, damage, or missing components are not eligible.
Final-sale, clearance, or custom items are not returnable unless required by law.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost when appropriate.
