- How long does shipping take?
- Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same business day when inventory allows. Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–6 business days; expedited options appear at checkout when available.
- What is your return policy?
- Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Opened personal care items may qualify for replacement if defective—contact concierge with your order number.
- Are your products cruelty-free?
- We do not test finished products on animals and work with suppliers aligned to that standard. Full ingredient lists appear on each product page.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added later; join the newsletter or contact care for updates.
- How should I store oils and serums?
- Keep bottles tightly closed, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Natural actives stay freshest when stored in a cool, dry place.
- Where can I view my order status?
- Sign in and open My Account → Orders for tracking and history. You will also receive email updates when your order ships.
